Retreat and Camp Pricing
Please use the prices listed below to plan your budget for your rental retreat or summer camp. A print friendly price guide can be found in the sidebar of this page. If your group is coming to a summer camp or retreat sponsored by ETBE or one of the local associations, please refer to the pricing for that event. The price includes your lodging, all meals, and activities. More information can be found on the Summer Camp page.
Weekend Retreat Packages
Listed below are the per person pricing for our most common weekend retreats. It is based on a group of 10 or more people and only includes the open recreation activities at the camp. For more detailed pricing on lodging, meals, and recreation please look in the other sliders.

Lodging and Conference Rooms
Prices are based per night. One conference room large enough for your group is included with your overnight stay at the camp. Additional conference rooms and rooms for day campers may be reserved at the prices listed below. Member churches receive a 10% discount on per person over-night lodging.
The Lakeview Lodge is our motel style lodging choice where all linens and towels are provided. One room is set-up as the VIP room for your main speaker. All dorm lodging consists of bunk beds and you must provide bedding. From more information please check out the camp buildings under facilities.

Food Service
Meal prices are listed as per person per meal. A Group must have a minimum of 20 for the camp to provide meals on a Sunday. Group must provide all cooking supplies for the rentable kitchens. Ice is available upon request. The camp has a small outdoor grill.
Special occasion meals and banquets pricing is based on menu and staff needs. Please contact the food service director for availability.

Recreation Activities
The priced listed activities below are facilitated by ETBE staff and must be scheduled in advance so that staff can be scheduled for your group. Basketball, volleyball, tetherball, ping-pong tables (balls $0.50), dodge ball, and other similar open area activities are included in your night stay or day use cost. These activity areas are open for use at all times. The camp also has three fire rings that can be scheduled for a campfire. Prices do not include any lodging or day use fees.
